Reporting a Security Issue

If you believe you have found a security issue on tribera.ai, email us at [email protected].

Please include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • The affected URL, page, endpoint, or workflow
  • Reproduction steps or a proof of concept
  • The potential impact
  • Any relevant screenshots, logs, or request details

What to Expect

  • We review reports in good faith.
  • We may follow up if we need clarification or help reproducing the issue.
  • If we confirm an issue, we will work to address it as appropriate.

Scope and Boundaries

Please do not:

  • Access, modify, or retain data that does not belong to you
  • Attempt social engineering, phishing, physical attacks, or credential stuffing
  • Degrade service availability through destructive testing or denial-of-service activity
  • Publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it

Bug Bounty

We do not currently run a public bug bounty program. If you send us a report, please do so with the understanding that there is no promise of payment or reward.

This page is meant to provide a clear path for good-faith security reporting. It does not grant permission to test beyond what is allowed by law or our Terms.
