About the opportunity
We are looking for an IT Infra Automation Engineer to design and implement intelligent automation solutions across IT operations and enterprise processes for a Tribera customer.
The role combines Power Automate, ServiceNow, scripting, API integrations, cloud, and AI/agentic automation.
Location and work arrangement
Bengaluru only. This is a hybrid role with three days working from the office.
Shift: 5:30 PM–2:30 AM IST, ending the following morning.
Key responsibilities
- Develop workflows using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
- Build automation scripts using Python and/or JavaScript.
- Integrate ITSM, monitoring, cloud, and enterprise applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.
- Develop and integrate AI/agentic workflows using LLMs, tool calling, and platforms such as Azure OpenAI/OpenAI APIs.
- Convert SOPs and runbooks into automated workflows and improve IT processes.
- Implement logging, monitoring, error handling, security, access controls, and rollback mechanisms.
- Measure automation effectiveness through metrics such as MTTR reduction, effort saved, and automation success rate.
Required skills
- 4–6 years of experience in IT Automation, Orchestration, or Platform Engineering.
- Experience with Power Automate and/or Azure Logic Apps.
- Strong Python and/or JavaScript skills.
- Strong REST API, integration, and scripting experience.
- Knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP and hybrid environments.
- Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, agentic automation, prompt orchestration, and tool calling.
- Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, monitoring, and production support.
