We’re looking for backend engineers who care about reliability, clarity, and building systems that make product judgment stronger.
What you’ll own
- Build the APIs and services behind Tribera’s hiring workflows
- Keep the system fast, dependable, and easy to reason about
- Work closely with product and AI teams on evaluation logic, scoring, and data flow
- Ship with ownership, discipline, and a high bar for quality
What you bring
- Strong backend experience in real production systems
- Strong working knowledge of APIs, databases, and backend architecture
- Clear judgment on service design, debugging, and tradeoffs
- Comfort with Python, Go, or similar backend languages
- Comfort working close to product problems, not just technical abstractions
- Low-ego ownership and the ability to keep complexity under control
Nice to have
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, queues, or workflow orchestration
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, observability, and deployment pipelines
- Exposure to AI-adjacent product systems
- Experience with distributed systems, async workflows, or event-driven services
